1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer high-quality patches, screen print transfers, waterproof stickers, and custom apparel for youth and adults. Whether you're looking to create something unique or stock up on stylish designs, we've got you covered!

2. How do I customize my apparel?

Under the Custom Apparel tab, you can choose your garment (t-shirt or sweater), select a color, and then pick your patch or screen print from the Patch or Screen Print tab. Add items to cart and we'll take care of the rest!

3. What is the processing time for orders?

  • Non-Custom Orders: Ready-to-ship patches and screen prints will ship out same day by 12 pm PST., Monday-Friday.
  • Custom Orders: May take 3-5 business days to process.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the customized nature of many of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this link to track your package.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the near future!

7. How do I care for my custom apparel?

To keep your custom apparel looking great:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.
  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry.
  • For patches, it’s recommended to hang dry and avoid direct ironing to maintain the integrity of the adhesive.

8. Can I place a bulk order or request a special design?

9. What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at JadeCoastalCreations@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
