Pressing Instructions
Ensure your chenille and sequin patches are applied correctly by following these steps:
1. Set the Temperature
- Preheat your heat press to 350°F.
2. Prepare the Patch
- Place the chenille patch on your garment in the desired position.
- Cover the patch with a Teflon sheet to protect it during pressing.
3. Press the Patch
- Apply HEAVY pressure and press for 15-20 seconds.
4. Press the Garment Inside Out
- Turn the garment inside out.
- Press the reverse side of the patch for an additional 10 seconds to secure it firmly.
Important Note
- To ensure proper application, Cricut Easy Press is not recommended for applying chenille or sequin patches.
- For best results and accurate placement, we suggest using an alignment ruler.
- We are not responsible for user error during the application process.

How much does live embroidery cost?
Every event is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the date, location, event duration, estimated number of guests, products, personalization options, staffing, equipment, travel, and setup requirements.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, weddings, and large brand activations. Availability is not guaranteed until your agreement and required payment have been received.
Can you provide the products?
Yes. Jade Coastal Creations can help source hats, totes, pouches, apparel, towels, and other embroidery-friendly products.
Can we provide our own merchandise?
Client-provided merchandise may be accepted after review and approval. Items must be appropriate for embroidery, and additional testing may be required. Jade Coastal Creations is not responsible for defects, inconsistencies, or pre-existing damage on client-provided products.
Can guests choose any design they want?
To keep the event organized and production times manageable, guests choose from a pre-approved embroidery menu created before the event. The available options may include names, initials, fonts, thread colors, icons, phrases, or event-specific designs.
Can you embroider our company logo?
Yes, with advance approval. Logos must be converted into an embroidery-ready file. A digitizing fee may apply depending on the artwork.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve Southern California and may travel beyond our standard service area depending on availability. Additional travel fees may apply.
