At Jade Coastal, we take pride in our custom creations. Therefore, all sales are final. We only accept returns if the product sent was incorrect in color, size, or if the product has a defect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jadecoastalcreations@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide instructions if eligible.
